At AGB we not only pride ourselves on our level of commitment but also on the quality of the procedures and policies we employ to help us accomplish our projects. AGB strives for the highest levels in all aspects of our work. The following are some examples of the policies and strategies we use :

Quality Assurance Policy

We have adopted an efficient and effective Quality System based on the requirements of Australian Standard AS 9001, which reflects management’s attitude to Quality as motivated by a commitment to understand and to meet contractual obligations to our Clients.

Health and Safety Policy

The management of AGB Group places the highest priority on the promotion of and adherence to a healthy and safe work environment. AGB recognizes the responsibility of the company and its management in regards to promoting and maintaining a healthy and safety work environment. We will comply with the requirements and spirit of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Environmental Policy

AGB Group has a commitment to the environment and its ongoing protection and safeguarding. It is our practice to enhance, maintain and preserve both our natural heritage and cultural heritage.

Customer Service Policy

AGB Group has a commitment to our clients which includes actively seeking feed back on our projects, it is important to us that we hear from you regarding how the project has proceeded, both good and bad. To this endeavor we have a complaint process and conflict resolution process, which we work through and adhere to. This enforces our commitment to ongoing improvement of our work.
